  • Return Policy: Books can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns are only possible with a sales receipt or order confirmation.

Return process

  1. Contacting the store: To begin the return process, please contact us by phone or email for return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Discounts and special offers: Products purchased at discounts or on special offers cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise provided for in the terms of the promotion.
  • Opened or Used Books: Books that have been opened or used cannot be returned. We only accept returns on new and undamaged items.

  • Exchange: We do not currently offer book exchanges. If you would like to receive another book, please return the original item and place a new order.
