1. How to place an order in LeafTurnerStore?

You can place an order by visiting our Canberra store or using our online store. In our online store, add books to your basket, fill in the required details and select your pick-up method – orders can only be collected in store.

2. How can I pick up my order?

All LeafTurnerStore orders can only be picked up at our physical store in Canberra. We do not ship. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a notification that it is ready for pickup.

3. How long will it take to process my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will be notified that it is ready for pickup.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your wishes, but changes are only possible until the order is processed and prepared for pickup.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

In our store you can pay for your order in cash or by card. Card payments are available for online orders.

6. What are the conditions for returning books?

Books can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only possible if the book has not been used and is in its original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
